Landlord Safety Certificates Gas safe registered plumbers and gas engineers
Is your property safe?
Landlords are responsible for the maintenance and repair of all appliances and pipework at their property. If you are a landlord or landlady, you have an obligation to ensure that the property you let is safe for your tenants.
You must have a safety inspection of your property every 12 months. All gas appliances must be checked and details recorded by a registered engineer, who will then issue you with the necessary Gas Safety Certificate.
Can anybody issue one?
No. The company must be Gas Safe registered to be able to issue you with a certificate.
If your Gas Safety Certificate is issued by an illegitimate company, it will not be valid, so you need to make sure you research the company thoroughly beforehand.
M Heating and Plumbing are fully registered to conduct Gas Safety inspections on domestic properties. We can provide you with a comprehensive report and subsequent estimate of any remedial work needed, as well as a genuine Gas Safety Certificate.
We'll be happy to take the stress of maintaining your gas appliances completely off your hands. When your next inspection is due, we will send you a reminder and arrange the check-up at your earliest convenience.
